Vacation Rentals in Croatia

This waterfront house is located on the peninsula of Murter (between Zadar and Sibenik).

The village of Jezera is a quiet and peaceful village on the island of Murter, near Šibenik. Like all the islands (but this one is connected to the mainland by a bridge = easy access), you will find fewer people on the roads and the beaches, you will experience the local life of the Croatian people better, and you will enjoy you holidays better, in peace and quiet, without stress.

You are at the gates of Kornati, the (almost) obligatory passage for a boat trip to the Kornati Islands. The island of Murter is known for its manufacture of typical Dalmatian boats: "the Latin sailing boat". Check out their brand new museum (beautiful). There is also an equestrian center, boat, scooter, car rentals, organized excursions to the Krka Waterfalls and the Plitvice Lakes.

The village has a church, restaurants, bars, a large marina, supermarkets, bakery & butcher's shop and 9 beaches most of which are uncrowded coves. You can go see my friend Barbara, at the tourist office in the harbor, to get a map of the beaches.

The house is just in front the beach, the owner has 3 places in the marina (free) for your boat, free car parking. Parking for the trailer of your paying boat (3 €/day). You will be 200 m from a store and the heart of the village. Animation in summer, bars and several restaurants. The owner speaks English fluently because he lived in the USA for 40 years! Small, short-haired pets are allowed (but notify at the time of booking).

A laundry room is available to all holidaymakers including: 2 washing machines + 1 dryer + iron and ironing board.

Possibility of a cot, towels provided, free WI FI, small garden with lawn, barbecue.
