Liznjan is only 12 km from Pula. It is a very nice, calm and authentic village by the sea.
The Municipality of Liznjan is located in the extreme south-east of the Istrian peninsula. It is adjacent to the west to the village of Medulin, the sea to the south and east and the bay of Budava to the north. The largest villages in the municipality are Liznjan, which is the administrative center, Sisan, Muntic and Valtura. The number of residents is 3205 inhabitants. The Liznjan region is one of the last oases of unspoiled nature and the traditional Mediterranean way of living.
This villa is composed of 2 apartments: one on the ground floor, one upstairs. There is no owner in the house. The pool is shared between the 2 apartments. 1st floor: the sea view is breathtaking!
On the ground floor, you can enjoy the garden, the courtyard and the lovely pool of 24 m2!
The owners speak English, Italian and German.
Only small animals are accepted (+ 5 euros/day)
