If you book this house for your summer holidays, you will be away from mass tourism. At the heart of the daily life of a small Croatian village, you will be able to see chickens and sheep passing, while being just 10 minutes from the beaches of Pakostane. You will be in peace and quiet, as you'll be the only vacationers in this house. The owner lives on the first floor. You can enjoy the large garden (closed) for large football games, use the swing, or simply rest under the shade.

There is  a swimming pool of 8 m * 4 m = 32 m2 and this swimming pool will be only for you .

Marko's house is located near Zadar, not far from the Kornati Islands, Sibenik, Krka Waterfalls and the Vransko Jezero Bird Sanctuary. You can go fishing. The lake is surrounded by bike trails. 2 bicycles can be loaned free of charge from the owner. He speaks English and German,  and sells his olive oil and cheese. Animals are accepted. 

Towels are provided. WI FI : Yes. Barbecue and indoor parking. Grocery store 2 km. Restaurant: 2 km (Maskovica han).

Motorway exit 10 minutes. Beach in Pakostane 10 minutes.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.

Apartment 6 + 2 pers. with swimming pool

This apartment of 80 m2 is located on the 2nd floor of the house and has a splendid view of the hills of Lake Vransko Jezero and of the surrounding fields.

It consists of 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a large double bed. A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. A kitchen with 4 burners, an oven, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle. Connected with the kitchen is a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a satellite TV, and air conditioning.

Terrace of 25m2. A lawn with a swing at your disposal: 100 m2. Barbecue on the ground floor. And swimming pool of course.

+ 5 €/day if bringing pets (notify when booking).

L'appartement de 80 m2 est situé au 1 er étage de la maison.

Il se compose de 3 chambres : une chambre avec 2 lits simples, 2 chambres avec un grand lit matrimonial. Une salle de bain avec baignoire et lave linge. Une cuisine équipée de 4 feux, un four, un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, un lave vaisselle, une cafetière électrique, une bouilloire. Un canapé, une télé satellite, et la climatisation. 

Terrasse de 25m2 . Terrain à votre disposition avec balançoire : 100 m2. Barbecue au rez de chaussée. Et la piscine bien sur ! 

+ 5 €/jour si animaux (prévenir en réservant).
