Finally a house on an island !!

This house has 2 identical apartments, one on the 1st floor, another on the ground floor.

20 minutes by boat (public) from our village of Pakostane, there's an inhabited island: Vrgada. 350 inhabitants in winter, no cars, 3 summer restaurants, 3 bars, a grocery store, and ... a sandy beach! This house has a garden. The owner does not live on the island.

Parking: leave your car at the paid and guarded parking of the village (8 €/day), there's a boat shuttle with the mainland 6 times a day (2 €/pers.); language spoken by the owner: a little Italian, German.

+ 9 €/day if bringing pets (notify at time of booking) and + 7 €/day if air conditioning; Arrival - departure on all days except Sundays (if possible) because of shuttle boats (there are fewer on Sundays).

You can also rent a boat in Pakostane on my website (without a license) so you are free to roam around!!

There is no internet in the house but instead in the village cafe.
